TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE AND SERVICE

Welcome to the website www.casakai.com.mx. These Terms and Conditions govern the access, browsing, and use of this website, as well as the contracting of evaluations, protocols, and services offered by FUNDACIÓN KA (hereinafter, “CASA KAI”), located at Calle Córdoba #204, Colonia Roma Norte, Alc. Cuauhtémoc, CP 06700, CDMX, Mexico.

By browsing this website, scheduling an initial evaluation, or contracting any of our services, you (hereinafter, the “User” or “Client”) expressly, voluntarily, and unreservedly accept all the terms established herein. If you do not agree with them, you must refrain from using this site and from contracting our services.

1. Scope and Description of Services

CASA KAI is a bioenergetic and integrative health center specialized in nervous system regulation, bio-information, and emotional guidance through the KAI Method.

The User acknowledges and agrees that CASA KAI does not operate as a spa, nor as a traditional doctor’s office. Our approach is based on a structured and personalized model that requires a mandatory initial evaluation to identify functional patterns of dysregulation before designing any intervention protocol.

2. Medical Disclaimer

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY:

  • No Medical Substitution: The services, content, evaluations, and bioenergetic or neuro-regulation protocols provided by CASA KAI do not substitute for the consultation, diagnosis, treatment, prescription, or interventions of conventional medicine, allopathy, psychiatry, or hospital treatments.

  • No Diagnosis of Diseases: At CASA KAI, we do not diagnose or treat medical diseases or direct pathologies. We focus complementarily on the regulation of systems, emotional burdens, and vital energy.

  • Continuity of External Treatments: The User commits not to suspend, modify, or alter any medical, pharmacological, or allopathic therapeutic treatment prescribed by a healthcare professional as a result of sessions at CASA KAI. Any decision regarding your medical health must be consulted with your treating physician.

3. The Process: Initial Evaluation and Structured Protocols

  • No Isolated Sessions: The Client accepts and understands that CASA KAI does not work through isolated sessions or under a scheme where the client freely chooses independent therapies.

  • Commitment to the Process: To achieve the sustained transformation results offered by the KAI Method, the Client commits to following the sequence, intensity, and duration of the personalized protocol assigned after their initial evaluation.

4. Appointment, Cancellation, and Attendance Policies

To ensure efficiency and respect for the time of all users and therapists, our services are governed by the following rules:

  • Punctuality: Sessions will begin punctually at the scheduled time. If the Client arrives late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time so as not to affect the schedules of subsequent users, and the session will be considered fully taken.

  • Cancellation or Rescheduling Policies: Any change or cancellation of an appointment (whether for an initial evaluation or a protocol session) must be notified at least 24 hours in advance.

  • No-Shows and Late Cancellations: If the Client cancels outside the 24-hour window or fails to show up for their appointment, the session will be considered “taken and rendered.” Therefore, it will not be refundable or transferable, and it will be deducted from their contracted package or protocol.

5. Pricing, Payments, and Invoicing

  • Rates: Prices for initial evaluations and personalized protocols will be those in effect at the time of contracting and will be fully communicated to the Client before payment is made.

  • Payment Methods: Payments are accepted via bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and authorized digital methods at the center or through the web platform.

  • Invoicing (Facturación): In case of requiring a Mexican tax invoice (CFDI), the Client must request it within the same calendar month in which the payment was made, sending their complete and valid tax information to hola@casakai.com.mx.

6. Refund and Return Policy

Because protocols are custom-designed and based on specific scheduling blocks and technological resources reserved for each system:

  • Payments made for initial evaluations are non-refundable.

  • If the Client voluntarily decides to interrupt a personalized protocol that has already begun, CASA KAI will evaluate the specific case, reserving the right to apply administrative charges or cancellation penalties on the remaining un-taken sessions.

7. Intellectual Property

All visible and non-visible content on www.casakai.com.mx, including but not limited to: trademarks, logos, texts, images, videos, audios, web design, as well as the methodology of the “KAI Method,” and the outlines of the pillars and lines of intervention, are the exclusive property of FUNDACIÓN KA or its respective licensors.

Any copying, reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation without the prior, express, and written authorization of CASA KAI is strictly prohibited.

8. Protection of Personal Data

The collection, storage, and processing of personal data (including sensitive health data) shared by the User through the website or during evaluations are strictly governed by our Privacy Notice, available at https://www.casakai.com.mx/index.php/privacidad/.

9. Limitation of Technical Liability

CASA KAI does not guarantee that the website will function uninterrupted or free of errors, viruses, or harmful components. CASA KAI is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of the website or the technical inability to access it.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

For the interpretation, compliance, and resolution of any controversy derived from these Terms and Conditions, as well as the services provided by CASA KAI, the parties expressly submit to the federal laws of the United Mexican States and the competent courts of Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction that might correspond to them by reason of their present or future domiciles.
